All you're going to need to do is take note of the shape, the amount of jacks you have and measure the size of your jack feet.
For instance, if you had 4 6" square feet then you could use the SnapPad XTRA Square 6 Jack Pads for Lippert Leveling Systems w/ 6" Square Jack Feet # SN99FR you were looking at. view full answer...
There's unfortunately not a guide to tell us the sizing of your trailer's jack pads so you'll want to measure and note the shape of each pad. I've run into numerous situations where the front and rear pads were either different sizes or shapes to work with the space available.
The SnapPad # SN88FR you were looking at are designed to fit four 9" round pads and two 12" round pads. If you can let me know what your shape and dimensions are I'd be happy to pick out the correct package. view full answer...

For a 26" long replacement spring, I recommend the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles item # e94SR. This spring works with 6,000 lbs axles and each spring has a 3,000 lbs capacity.
To confirm this is the correct spring you will want to measure your current springs with the weight off of them. They'll stretch out over time so the best way to get an accurate measurement is to jack up one side of your trailer and measure the springs from eye bolt to eye bolt. If you've already... view full answer...
